Who We Are
Serving Allamakee, Buffalo, Crawford, Fillmore, Houston, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland, Sauk, Trempealeau, Vernon, Winona, & Winneshiek counties since May 2015
Western Wisconsin Wheels helps families connect to funding to provide AmTrykes to children in our service area who are unable to use a standard bike.

We host Adaptive Tryke test events to assess each child for a custom-fit Amtryke before they get on the wish-list. Private assessments may also be scheduled based on Tryke model and volunteer availability.

As of December 2021, Western Wisconsin Wheels has helped deliver 110 Trykes! Each Tryke costs between $800-$1300. Funding for the bikes is can be obtained through Western Wisconsin Wheels, Children's Miracle Network, and county funding or other sources.

Become a Member
Stay informed of upcoming events and help support our mission by becoming a member of Western Wisconsin Wheels. Annual dues are $50 or $25 for students.

Volunteer Your Time
We have multiple opportunities for volunteers within our organization including: Advisory Board Members, Therapists for bike fittings, Student volunteers at bike rodeos, help with fundraisers, and behind the scenes help with grant-writing and website design and maintenance.
